40+ hours of learning, private coaching & on-the-job application.
Participants must pass their coaching demo to receive a managerial coaching certification.

pre-work - Coaching Mindset Index Assessment
2 in-person training workshops (2-day kickoff, 1-2 days at the end)
coach supervision, ongoing feedback, and 1 on 1 coaching
3 virtual learning sessions
3 participant-recorded meetings at their work for instructor review
3 feedback surveys from managers’ team
1 final coaching demo to receive certification

PERSONALIZED SUPPORT
Through a mix of personalized assessments, staff feedback surveys, private supervised coaching, and ongoing certified coaching feedback, participants experience continuous in-depth support.
All courses are capped at 20 participants with a 1:6 certified coaching instructor : participant ratio.

You can either host a group of your managers or enroll them to attend a public Managers Who Coach training. On-site private engagements available and are a highly cost-effective way to scale and tailor coaching to groups of 6-20. We also currently offer open enrollment in NYC, San Francisco, and Chicago.
